After searching for a dip recipe for yesterday’s Super Bowl, I decided to just make my own. Pretty simple, but it turned out really good.
- 1 16 oz. can of refried bean
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 cup of queso cheese dip
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1/2 bag of shredded mexican cheese
I started by microwaving the refried beans and cream cheese together in a bowl for about 2 1/2 minutes and mixing them together. I then added the salsa and queso, and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about a half hour. Then I stirred in the shredded cheese and put in the oven for another half hour.
In the future, I may add avocado’s or some sort of meat, but this turned out pretty tasty.
