Down Time - Another addition to the recording archive, this one goes back to the college dorm days sometime in the Fall of 1996. I know that because Neil Young’s album Broken Arrow had come out that Summer, and I was way into it. It caused a series of long, noisy, mid-tempo Young-influenced rockers to be written.
