Fifth stop in the quest to find the best reuben in Columbus.
The Cap City I visited is in Grandview on Olentangy River Road.
The scorecard:
Corned beef – warm and juicy, moderate amount.
Sauerkraut – tasty.
Swiss cheese – it was there, but I didn’t taste it.
Thousand Island – on the sandwich, good amount.
Rye Bread – good, but slightly small pieces.
Cap City in Grandview gets a 3 outta 5. Bit more corned beef would have helped, and the undersized serving didn’t help. – originally posted on Schumck on Wheels
